What you need to do is to? soak 1.5 tbsp of starch in 2 tbsp of cold milk and bring to boil 1 cup of milk, add this cold soaked starch to it under stirring with a whisk. You must add sugar, salt and vanilla to taste and voila you have a delicious dessert.

I do heat up my tortilla maker and when it's hot enought then only I start making puris and after frying, if there is moisture? left in your puris, bake them in the oven at the lowest heat for about half an hour or till they become crispy...enjoy!

By the way Manjula, i noticed that if i pute rice into freezer(+6 Celsius/open package!) for a few days before i put it in boiling water it wont stick to pot and spoon.? Does that really help or is it something about the rice? What do you think?
